Articles On Goal Directed Living
As personalities in a physical world, the one thing we all want in life is to be happy. Everything we do, we do because we think it will bring us closer to that state or help maintain it. This week's articles give some pointers on the way.
First, I'm going to toot my own horn. Last year I wrote an article on Your Mission In Life, where I described a way to look at what you're doing now in order to find out what you believe will make you happy. The first step in any plan of change is to find out where you are now. The method in this article can help you do that.
Next, Gleb at the Personal Development Ideas Blog recently published an article on Project
Management Basics. Using this process can help you accomplish whatever task you are setting out to do.
Finally, Brian Kim has written a thoughtful piece on the dangers of putting off pursuing your goals in The Longer You Wait, The Harder You Make It For Yourself.
Make yourself a terrific week!
Hi Rick,
Thanks for not only reading my posts, but also pointing their relevance out and using them in your notes!
I personally find your recent summary posts simply incredible - it's easier to get the most of a particular topic, when there is a number of really good sources at hand carefully brought together by you.
Thanks a lot!
That was fast, Gleb!
I'm glad you're finding these posts helpful. There is a lot of good information out there, so much we can easily miss things that could be useful. And even though we all have overlap in our readers, we each have readers that don't overlap. This seems like a good way to steer those people to related posts that look at the subject from a different perspective.
