Tai Chi, Qigong, Yoga. There are several types of movement meditation. They are all best learned from a teacher. It would be nice to have a movement meditation you can learn on your own.

There is. Walking. A simple task we learn by the time we’ve reached age one can help relieve stress and harmonize our body, mind and soul. Take a listen. If you listen on your mp3 player, walk while you listen.
