Amibook 2.1 Released
September 14th, 2006 by Richard CockrumUnabashed Advertisement
Before I changed themes I had an advertisement for my personal information manager, Amibook, at the top of this page. I really didn’t like the way the ad looked, so when I changed themes I just put a link to its home page (along with a link to ResTrax, my software for service coordinators) in the menubar in the header.
I haven’t posted anything since Tuesday because I’ve been hard at work updating Amibook. I finally finished the current cycle of changes tonight and got them uploaded. In this new version I added more planner views, so now you can see all the appointments for a week or a month.
No, Amibook isn’t free software. It’s shareware. The benefits of purchase include the ability to encrypt your database, and to create as many databases as you wish. If you’re not using another personal information manager, or aren’t happy with your current pim, check it out and if you like what you see, give it a try.
